Welcome to NEURAL_PATHFINDER. By accessing or playing NEURAL_PATHFINDER, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the game.

SYSTEM_NOTICE: If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use NEURAL_PATHFINDER.

1. DEFINITIONS

▸“Game” refers to NEURAL_PATHFINDER, including all its features, content, and services.

▸“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to the operators of NEURAL_PATHFINDER.

▸“You”, “User”, “Player” refers to any person accessing or using the Game.

2. LICENSE_TO_PLAY

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play NEURAL_PATHFINDER for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

This license does not include the right to:

×Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Game
×Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
×Use the Game for any commercial purpose
×Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

3. PROHIBITED_CONDUCT

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

▸Cheating: Using bots, scripts, exploits, or any unauthorized software to gain unfair advantages.
▸Score Manipulation: Submitting false or manipulated scores to the leaderboard.
▸Interference: Disrupting the Game's servers, networks, or infrastructure.
▸Impersonation: Pretending to be another player or entity.
▸Abuse: Harassing, threatening, or engaging in harmful behavior toward other players.

Violation of these rules may result in removal of your scores from leaderboards and/or restriction of access to the Game.

4. INTELLECTUAL_PROPERTY

All content in NEURAL_PATHFINDER, including but not limited to graphics, audio, code, text, and game mechanics, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The NEURAL_PATHFINDER name, logo, and all related marks are our trademarks. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

5. LEADERBOARDS_&_SCORES

By submitting scores to the global leaderboard, you agree that:

▸Your score, country flag, and Player ID may be displayed publicly.
▸We may remove scores that we believe were achieved through cheating or exploitation.
▸Leaderboard rankings are provided “as is” and we do not guarantee their accuracy.

6. DISCLAIMERS

AS-IS BASIS: The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

NO GUARANTEE: We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. LIMITATION_OF_LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

▸Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Game
▸Any conduct or content of any third party
▸Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data

8. CHANGES_TO_TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease.

10. GOVERNING_LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.

11. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
